Overhead-Tournament

In 2012, we hosted our first Tap Cancer Out BJJ Open. We invited competitors to fundraise on our behalf in order to earn their entry fee, and they responded exactly as we expected the Brazilian Jiu-Jitsu community would. The tournament attracted over 200 competitors, 50 of which fundraised over $17,000. After entry fees, merchandise sales and door donations, we raised over $21,000 for the Leukemia & Lymphoma Society.

In 2013, we hosted two more tournaments, attracting nearly 400 competitors including 91 fundraisers, and raising over $65,000 for the Leukemia & Lymphoma Society.

We’re not stopping in 2014, either. Check out the schedule below to see where we’ll be next.
